This is Protégé TV Channel 23, a commercial UHF TV broadcast station owned and operated by ABS–CBN Corporation, transmitting on an 80–kilowatt transmitter output power with permit number BSD–0855–2012 (REN/MOD) authorizing this station to operate until May 4, 2015.

Channel 23 studio is located at the ABS–CBN Broadcast Center, Sgt. Esguerra Avenue, Diliman, Quezon City and it's transmitter is located at Sumulong Highway, Antipolo City.
